My stay was a pleasant surprise. The rooms, although facing the inner side of the building instead of outside, were spacious and had a fresh, modern feel. However, they were a bit narrower than expected. The service was exceptional, particularly Moser, who went out of his way to ensure our comfort. Navigating the downtown area was a bit tricky due to the one-way streets, but once we got the hang of it, it was convenient. The hotel's location right by the Light Rail Station was perfect for exploring downtown Denver, with easy access to key attractions and dining spots. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially at the attached Rialto Cafe, though a tad pricey for some items. The facilities met our needs with everything from dry cleaning to a welcome drink available.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel truly welcomed. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown Denver with easy access to dining and shopping. The dining experience was okay, but there are plenty of options nearby. Overall, great value for money and a fantastic experience!
